Get help with AdLigner
Last updated: September 11, 2026
AdLigner is an MCP server that connects the AI assistant you already use to your advertising accounts. If something is not working, or you have a question about how it handles your data, this page tells you where to go and what to expect.
01Contact us
- Support. support@adligner.com — questions, bugs, billing and account requests. We reply within two business days, usually sooner.
- Privacy requests. privacy@adligner.com — access, export, correction or deletion of your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of rights.
- Security reports. security@adligner.com — if you believe you have found a vulnerability, email us before disclosing it publicly. We acknowledge reports within two business days.
When you write in, include the email address of your AdLigner account, the AI client you are using (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex and so on), the ad platform involved, and the approximate time of the request. Never send passwords, API keys or access tokens; we will never ask for them.
02Connecting AdLigner to your assistant
- In ChatGPT: open Apps, find AdLigner, click Connect and sign in with your AdLigner account when the authorization screen appears.
- In Claude, Cursor, Codex and other MCP clients: follow the install steps on the Add to your agent page. The server URL is https://mcp.adligner.com/mcp.
- If the assistant says AdLigner is not connected, remove the app or connector in the client and add it again. Re-authorizing takes under a minute and does not touch your ad accounts.
03Connecting and disconnecting ad platforms
Ad platforms are linked from the Connections page in your AdLigner dashboard, or by asking your assistant to connect a platform. Each connection goes through the platform's own OAuth screen; AdLigner never sees your platform password.
Disconnecting a platform from the Connections page revokes AdLigner's access with that network and deletes the stored tokens. Your campaigns, ads and budgets are left exactly as they are. You can also revoke access from the platform's own settings, for example Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
04How changes to your campaigns work
- Read-only requests (performance, analysis, GA4 comparison) run immediately and change nothing.
- Any change to a campaign, ad group, ad, budget or targeting is shown to you as a preview first. Nothing is sent to the platform until you confirm in the conversation.
- Campaigns and ads that AdLigner creates start paused. You activate them yourself when you are ready.
- Every action, read or write, is recorded in the audit log on your dashboard, so you can always see what your assistant did and when.
05Common problems
- “Not connected” or “needs to be reconnected”. The platform token expired or was revoked. Open Connections in the dashboard and reconnect the platform.
- Wrong account or property. If you manage several ad accounts or GA4 properties, pick the one AdLigner should use on the Connections page. Your assistant can also pass an explicit account id.
- Numbers differ from the platform UI. Reports use the account's own timezone and currency, and conversion counts depend on the attribution window each platform applies. Ask your assistant to compare against GA4 if you need a neutral reference.
- Alert emails not arriving. Check the spam folder for mail from alerts@adligner.com and confirm the monitor is active on the Alerts page.
06Billing, plans and cancelling
Plans are flat monthly fees, never a share of your ad spend. You can change or cancel your plan from the Billing page in the dashboard at any time; the change applies at the end of the current period. Invoices are issued by our payment provider, Stripe. For refund questions, email support@adligner.com with the invoice number.
07Deleting your account and data
Email support@adligner.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We disconnect every platform, delete stored tokens, connections, monitors and audit history, and confirm by email within 30 days. Data held by the ad platforms or by your AI assistant's provider is governed by their own policies and must be deleted with them.
08Policies
The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and the Terms of Service set out the agreement between you and AdLigner. Both are linked in the footer of every page. AdLigner is operated by Yücel Albar, Türkiye.
